welp, it's one of those days where my phone stopped recording and SAVED us from Pilates-style burpees! DANG! they were satisfying too... so was the rest of the class with the band and roller. we begin with lots of shoulder strengthening and arm reaching, and then move to hip opening, strengthening and abdominals, and an awesome side flow that got cut off too! sorry to disappoint... BUT, this class is great for deep core and opening up the hips. throw in some burpees of your own at the end if you wanna.
