I'm calling these Super Saturday free-for-members mat classes "intuitive pilates" classes because more than the rest of the classes I allow myself to be guided by FLOW. we always begin by focusing on our breath and focusing our breath deep into our body, and then these long-ish sequences have been flowing out of me y'al - and I am so happy to share them with you! as always, these classes are full-body, and we move deeply into our core connection, hip opening, and even some inversions today. enjoy the ride!
