ahhh. sigh. deeply inhale. deeply exhale. listen. what is your body saying to you? is it tingly and alive? is it warm? where could it be lighter? or heavier? how can you find your edges without pushing or pulling? where can we fine ease in the effort? this is what this class is all about. I hope you can stay cool, calm and collected and just remember - take a break when you need to, and always listen to your body - it already knows what you need.
