Monthly NEW MOON ALIGNMENT offering
i’ve been inspired to incorporate more of my intuitive reader teachings, and this is what surfaced: each month on the New Moon you’ll receive an email inviting you to choose one of 3 movement offerings. click on the short (around 5 mins) message and movement sequence that speaks to you the most and start the lunar cycle inspired!

This is actually what first inspired me to develop this membership in the first place! when the world shut down, and Sayezz Pilates & Beyond moved en ligne, i wanted to be able to create a space to continue to stay connected. this is the best way to do it. these are YOUR 30 minutes to work on whatever you want - ask me questions about the archive; let’s work on deep breathing; want more options for the foam roller? this is the time to ask and to move together.
