8 of the videos are hour-long virtual live class, and 4 are 30 minutes focused flows. they all range from gentle to feel good to kick-ass in their intensity.
you'll need your unique bod, a mat, space around you, and a foam roller, hand weights, elastic band, and squishy ball, and maybe a pillow to support your neck, if you'd like. there's a taste of everything here, so dive in!
