Yes! In addition to one-on-one private training, Sayezz Studio offers duet equipment sessions and group training: 3 to 4 students in equipment circuit classes. We also offer small group PILATES MAT CLASSES with up to 5 people on TUESDAYS at 7:30 pm and SATURDAYS at 10:15 am. Newbies get to try out ONE class for only $15 - use this link to reserve your spot:

we have a PILATES Reformer/Cadillac Combo Unit, a full Cadillac, MVe Chair, 2 Spine Correctors, and 2 GYROTONIC® towers as well as a host of props including rollers, balls, stretch bands and balance boards.
