here's your 10 Pilates Props classes, my gum road friend!
all videos are the full, hour-long virtual live class and range from gentle to feel good to kick-ass in their intensity.
props you'll need: 1) soft foam roller. 2) elastic band. 3) a pair of weights (2lbs-5lbs). 4) yoga block. 5) squishy ball. sometimes we use a chair and a pillow or towel too, so have those household things handy.
