**POP UP PILATES**
WEDNESDAY, June 3rd, 12 pm PT with Stephanie
I'm excited to offer another Without Wunda Chair Wednesday pop up class this week. Join me on the mat, with props and a chair at 12 pm PT. $10 drop in.

SUNDAY, June 7th, 11:00am PT, with Stephanie
Join Sayezz Pilates & Beyond and SOURCE Studio for a free virtual class. Pilates, Gyrokinesis, stretch, ballet barre - each class is open to all levels and all kinds of movers. Looking forward to "seeing you" there!

11 am, GYROKINESIS® Class with Francesca, 1 hour

GyroK classes create functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences, and are practiced on a mat and chair, without equipment.

​12:15 pm, Lunchtime Ballet Barre with Francesca, 1 hour **NEW**
This beginning level class will help you develop awareness of alignment and basic ballet vocabulary and technique through the execution of low-impact classical ballet barre exercises and conditioning exercises. ​

​7:30 pm, Stretch Flow Class with Stephanie, 1 hour
We'll breathe and flow through standing stretch sequences inspired by dance and yoga to create dynamic flexibility in our joints to ready the body to stretch more deeply and quietly on the mat.

TUESDAYS

7:00 pm, Pilates Props Class with Stephanie, 1 hour ***NEW TIME***

This class will use mindful, intelligent Pilates movement and whatever props we have on hand - a roller, balls, weights, bands, and even a chair - to move, support us, and help us to breathe into the work.

THURSDAYS

9 am, GYROKINESIS® Class with Francesca, 1 hour 

GyroK classes create functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences, and are practiced on a mat and chair, without equipment. ​

6:30 pm, Pilates Mat Class with Stephanie, 1 hour​
The Pilates Method uses dynamic movement to create core connection, balance, harmony and flow in our body, mind, and spirit. This class gets us down to the mat with only our relationship to gravity as our guide.

FRIDAYS

11:15 am, Gentle PilateStretch Class with 
Stephanie, 1 hour
Loosely based around the fundamentals of the Pilates repertoire, this gentle stretch class will have us breathing, rolling, and gently lengthening into our tissue and bones.

​12 pm Lunchtime Ballet Barre with Francesca, 1 hour **NEW**

Let’s reform our bodies, minds, and spirits together, virtually. This mixed level Reformer class is best for folks with a Reformer and some familiarity with this wonderful piece of Pilates equipment. ​
