Each day for the next 10 days, you'll receive a NEW movement direct to your inbox to integrate into your body and daily practice. The video is also a tutorial, so feel free to watch it several times to get the cues and breath (sound on). Each subsequent day, you'll ADD THAT MOVEMENT ON to the previous one. Get it?
