if you’ve been to my classes lately, or seen any of my recent YouTubes, you know that i’ve been OBSESSED with BREATH! and for good cause! breath is LIFE. breathing deeply helps us to REGULATE our nervous system. and having awareness of full, deep breathing gives us MASTERY over our life! join me for this 3-day VIRTUAL GYROKINESIS® Cardio Breathing mini workshop. for 1 hour a day, over 3 days, we’ll build a sequence of specific breath patterns connected with the spiraling and flow that GyroK provides: the WARM UP clears our sinuses and flushes blood up to the brain; the TAPPING series helps us release any stagnant air deep within our belly; and the ARM and LEG sequences help us connect the limbs to the core to bring us up to standing, energized for our day! learn more about the method here: www.gyrotonic.com/about/gyrokinesis-method/

Join Stephanie for an OPEN LEVEL virtual Sayezz Pilates class each and every Saturday morning! Move at your own pace, and start your weekend feeling refreshed and invigorated. Minimal props used and lots of variations provided to accommodate all kinds of movers, but generally, you’ll need a mat, a towel, a chair or stool, and an open space and open mind.
